微型論文:(120 words)

Modern lifestyles have quietly normalized long hours of sitting, as digitalization fuses labor, leisure, and communication into screen-based routines.
Office culture reinforces immobility by equating sitting with productivity, while car-dependent cities and convenience-driven habits such as online shopping further limit physical activity.
To reverse this sedentary trend, workplaces can adopt standing desks, walking meetings, and task rotation to disrupt stillness.
Urban planners should enhance stairways, sidewalks, and bike lanes, making mobility both appealing and safe.
Governments and enterprises can also incentivize active behaviors through wellness stipends, fare credits, or tax rebates.
Schools and communities may establish systems that reward regular breaks for stretching and walking.
Only by aligning institutional reforms with personal effort can society overcome the health risks of sitting.
