In many ways, I think, students who exercise regularly do have an upper hand than others in terms of pushing for academic success.
These students, for starters, are more disciplined.
They are therefore wiser in distributing their time to carry out academic tasks, and to study without being distracted into doing other activities like playing video games or chatting with friends on their smartphones.
Also, exercising students enjoy a physical advantage when pushing for academic success.
With constant training, they usually boast greater endurance in the arduous process of study; the fatigue following constant workout often allows them longer and better sleep that could in turn enhance their oxygen level in the blood, sharpening their concentration and study efficiency.
Most importantly, athlete students are competitive; they are more able to persevere when facing bottlenecks.
For these reason, I argue again, that students exercising regularly can better approach academic success.
