TOEFL email 要遵循 三段式結構：
Opening — 建立語氣與背景
目的：
• 表達友善
• 說明你與對方的關係
• 引出主題
常見句型：
• I have always enjoyed your products.
• I am writing regarding the cake I purchased recently.
• I would like to share some feedback about my recent experience.
重點：語氣要 polite。
Body — 說明問題
這一段要做到兩件事：
1. 具體描述問題
2. 不要情緒化
例如：
• The toppings were unusually dry.
• The cheese had an unpleasant smell.
• The fruits seemed frozen and lacked freshness.
TOEFL 評分者會看：
• vocabulary variety
• clear description
• logical organization
Closing — 提出建議
不要只抱怨
一定要 suggest solutions
例如：
• I suggest that the staff check ingredients more carefully.
• Additional quality control may help prevent similar problems.
• Hiring more staff might help maintain product quality.
最後再加一個 polite closing。
