文章解析
Dear Mr. Phil,
My name is Kelly, and I recently stayed at Hawaii Resort. I am writing to share some feedback and suggest a few ways the resort could become more environmentally friendly.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The ocean view was a real highlight, and I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the helpful staff. The facilities were also well maintained, which made the trip both comfortable and relaxing.
That said, I noticed several environmental issues that were hard to ignore. Large amounts of single-use plastic were used for drinks and toiletries, and towels appeared to be replaced daily even when this was unnecessary. These practices can generate considerable waste and consume extra water and energy.
I believe the resort could make a meaningful difference by providing refillable water stations, reducing disposable products, and allowing guests to reuse towels. These changes would cut down on waste without affecting guest comfort.
Best regards,
Kelly
