Listen and repeat
You are attending a baking class and need to repeat every instruction given by the trainer.
1. Before you start mixing, carefully measure all the ingredients.
2. Add the yeast to a small amount of warm water.
3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until they form a soft dough.
4. Press and fold the dough repeatedly until it becomes smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a warm place and let it proof until it has doubled in size.
6. After the dough has finished proofing, bake it until the surface is golden brown and the inside is firm.
7. Once the bread is baked, place it on a wire rack so that air can circulate underneath and allow it to cool.
